Clun Valley Camping is a small informal site with open field pitches.  The main camping area is open from Easter to October.  The campsite has toilets, shower (free), hot & cold water and waste disposal – facilities that have been considerably upgraded with significant investment in recent years.  Cars can be parked next to your tent.

Dogs must be kept on a lead.  Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and ensuring that they are kept under control.Balloon View

Touring caravans are most welcome, but due to the limited number of electric hook up points available, booking would be advisable.  The 240 volt electric hook ups are available @ £3.00 per night.

We can offer an ice-pack freezing service, cycle storage and for those travelling under their own steam, baggage transfer can be arranged.

Shops are available in Clun and include a mini-supermarket with a post office and a butchers.

The Crown Inn is a short walk from the site and is open through the week and serving food in the dining room and bar.  Alongside the bar is the games room with a pool table, dartboard and TV.  It is advisable to call The Crown on 01588 640271 for table bookings

Other pubs are to be found in Clun, Clunton, Beguildy and Anchor, all within a few minutes drive from the site.
